All Clear catches dealbreakers before you match — but a clean filter isn't a substitute for basic decency. These rules are how we keep the people you meet here safe and real. Breaking them gets you removed.

WHAT'S NOT ALLOWED

Hard stops.

Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of anyone.

Hate or slurs targeting who someone is — race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, or orientation.

Violence, or content that promotes or threatens it.

Sexual content sent without consent, and any solicitation or commercial sexual activity.

Anyone under 18. Members must be adults; we remove and report violations.

Scams, spam, fraud, money requests, crypto pitches, or off-platform funnels.

Impersonation, fake profiles, or photos that aren't you.

Pressuring anyone to move off-platform, meet, or share contact before they're ready.

HOW TO REPORT

One tap on any match.

Every introduction and message thread has Report and Block. Reporting someone blocks them immediately and removes the match — you never have to keep seeing who you reported. You can also email safety directly.

safety@allclear.dating · include the intro number, what happened, and any timestamps in your own words.

HOW WE HANDLE REPORTS

Reviewed by a person.

Every report enters a moderation queue and is reviewed by our team — we aim to triage within 24 hours.

Blocks take effect instantly, before any review; a report is never required to block.

Enforcement scales with severity: a warning, a temporary suspension, or a permanent removal.

Threats to safety, minors, and non-consensual content are removed immediately and may be referred to authorities.

Appeals.

If you believe a decision was wrong, reply to the notice or write support@allclear.dating. We'll take a second look. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services first — then write us.
